i bought my 92 teg not to long ago and noticed there is no high or low setting for my headlights. it just appears to be super effing bright and thats it. i looked and notice that there is three wires on the original socket but only 2 of those wires are used for the ballast (i assume that's what its called), so could that be why i can switch between high beems and low ?

most hid kits don't have high beams, our cars require a halogen bulb that has both high and low beam. If you need to flash someone use your fog lights or turn on and off your headlights.

You need to by Bi Xenon HID bulbs. They have an HID low beam and a halogen hi beam. With that bulb you will have both hi and low beams.
