Hid Bulb Size Question

I Want To Put Some New Hid Bulbs For My Jdm Headlights But I Dont Know What Size Will Fit.
9006 And 9005 Fit Or No?

thats usdm integra bulbs im not sure what jdm ones are.

hrm... all the imprint i found were;
fogs: H3
high beam: H1

but im 80% sure.
