I've had my 94 integra LS for 4 years now, but I have not been able to due much with it thanks to college. I'm finally ready to drop some money on it, and the first thing I want to do is replace my clutch. My question is what is the difference between the stage clutches? If I have the money to should I buy the highest stage, or should I stick to a lower stage clutch? Please help me, I'm not really a gearhead, but I love my teg!!!

if you have any plans to build the motor, just hold off on the clutch. changing it is a pain especially if you are going to tear the motor down anytime soon. back to the topic at hand, i have not had any issues daily driving any clutch. right now i have a stage 5 competition clutch and its not any harder to drive than my exedy stage 2 was. decide what your goals for the car are; turbo?, nitrous? all motor? and pick a clutch that will satisfy your end goal so you dont have to buy another one later.

presonally i would go with exedy, spec, or competition clutch. i have heard of centerforce being good and ACT being good but have not used them. stay away from ebay brand clutches. i have a fidanza flywheel im trying to get rid of if you are going to upgrade that too
