Help with teggy low comp on cyl 1

Ok so I recently boosted my 94 integra. It has a jdmb16 and a built gsr head Well now I am layin down 220whp on 8lbs, but upon doin a dyno tune found that cylinder one has very low compression and the bottum end of my motor is stock.

here are my comp levels

cyl 1=160
cyl 2=200
cyl 3=210
cyl 4=210

After comp test we stuck a snap-on camera into block. cyl walls looked fine and pistons had minor carbon build up but otherwise looked normal. so upon a leak down test I found air to be blowing out of my intake TB and exhaust. I believe whoever built my head did not seat my valves correctly or do a proper valve job. valve springs and retainers are crower. Would my assumption be correct on what might be the cause of my comp problem? This is my first Honda so I need some help.

Thanks

yup. It's going to be multiple valves too since it's leaking out the intake AND exhaust :(

that is what I was thinking as well. i ordered an itr valve cover for it which should be here this week, so I wil do a valve job on it this weekend when I replace valve cover. I haven't even broke boost yet in it LOL

True, could just need adjustments, but why would they have 3 cyls. set properly and just messed up on one? That should have been the last thing done before the cover went on. I guess check it and maybe you'll get lucky.

well I noticed they were a little to noisy, maybe they got a lil tired when puttin the head togethar cuz I now I was leaking oil from the hex head bolt behind came gear and put a wrench on it and it was loose as could be so I tightened that and she hasn't leaked again. Now I just have to adjust valves, If they are bad I am gonna go with ferrara and throw some turbo cams in as well. I have a sleeved b20 block I have been workin on so there are a few diff options if the valve adjustment doesnt work.
