help with motor problem

yesterday morning, i started up my car. after about 30 secs of idleing, it died. it would crank over fine but wouldnt start. i looked at my compression, and i got 90,180,180,160. so i put an air hose into cylinder one to see where it was leaking too, and air came shooting out of cylinder 3. this was at top dead center.

You need a rebuild. Strange after idle... did you check your oil or bad climate for oil? Unlikely

Try adding a cap full of oil to the bad cylinder and see if you get compression back... If it does you need new rings if not then its else wear

try the oil and see what happens, sounds valve related thouigh

it was right after a rebuild

rechecked copression. added 1 1/2 caps of 10/30, only 115 psi of copression. i will be pulling the block to check the valves soon. also noticed the tiing belt was quiet loose on the side nearest to the header.
