Help with lip install

ordered a itr lip, came with screws and ish but my question is what mm tape should i be using and can u send a link to get it? they come in long strips im assuming?

is it an ITR Lip for a 94-97 bumper or a 98+ bumper? If its 94-97 you shouldn't need tape at all..

use 3m tape. get it from a body shop

i used self tapping screws and a small peice of 3m double sided tape at three points.
