help with headlights please

just got these and stoked about how they look but i just cant seem to get em any higher or even across the top for that matter...

and no its not the driveway...thoughts anyone?

just starin at the pic made me think, if i had a shot strut up front driverside that would probably cause this huh? i was thinkin it sat a bit lower driverside when i saw it in the garage the other day, but gave that to the wheels being cranked...plus bumps are always the worst up there...

driver side will always be lower so you dont blind oncoming traffic or at least thats the idea behind it.

Theres a shield on the inside, that looks like this ____/''''''''''''. That way the light is blocked more so on the left, allowing more light to spread out onto the grass/sidewalk/what ever's on the right side of the car.

The horrible spread is probably attributed to the poor quality lenses in the ebay lights.
