Help with bumper light.

I'm probably gonna look like such a noob. Anyways I just finished putting on my jdm amber bumper lights but the passenger side seems kinda loose. Anyone know why its loose?

this is going to sound obvious, but did you make sure you put the screws back in good? only reason i could think of.

yea its on tight. If i screw in anymore I'll mess up the screw.
