help, torque specs for crossmember/front subframe

I've looked on Mitchell , googled the living crap out of it, called Acura and they said, "we don't have info on integras (bullshit) , and Haynes is not helpful at all with torque specs...

I know its x10 19mm tall and short bolts from the crossmember to the chassis , please someone help me !

I don't have access to an air compressor nor do I wanna use a breaker bar for this situation lol

wow really? thought it'd be around 80 , close one.. also through my research I came across that from factory loctite was used on these bolts?
and second, is it true these bolts stretch overtime..?

all bolts stretch over time. Head studs are a one use thing for example.
