help please front blinker issue :(

ok so ive had this 95 integra a couple months and ive noticed my outer blinkers dont work ive checked fuses all are good. so for example: my taillights blink, my front center blinks, but the outer corners that are suppossed to alternate do not blink, i have new light bulbs and a new bulb housing oem from honda. im tryin to trace electrical issue. another thing id like to add is previous owner made spaghetti or chow mein out of all those wires luckily i got color wiring from my buddy's integra to make sure they are all plugged in correctly
- i also have a harness under the driver side by fuse panel thats just hanging out. its a grey plug and has a lot of different green wires go into it.

mine dont blink either just the inner part, i think thats the way they are...
they do the same thing as these in the video

If you have LEDs like the Integra in the video it's because the LED bulbs don't have enough resistance. You'll need a resistor to get it to blink.
