help please... a few problems 90 acura integra gs

i have a 90 acura integra but i havent driven it in a while because it isnt mobile ..i have a couple questions.
everytime it rains it seems to get into my car... wat can be causing that problem>??
also, before i stopped driving my car i stopped because sometimes it wouldnot want to start it wouldnt make a noise it wud just not start i would have to get a jump start to make it start. and other tiiimes it would choke and choke and choke and i could not start my car i would have to wait a while later so it could turn on...idk if this had to do with it but wat i saw was that when i would start it in the morning it had no problem throught the entire day but if i wouldnt turn it on in the morning and tried around 2pm when it was hot the car would not start i would have to wait like ten mins n try it again and then it would start...what could be wrong??
also, when it rains it gets stuffy in my car but my heater isnt strong enough to defrost the front window entirely only about halfway....is there something i can change about that??and the rear windows wont defrost at all...
please help me ...i need my car to start running asap...help..
also does anyone know where i can get some car seats that arnt soo expensive...and also the rug of the car?

Start by fixing or replacing your main relay. This should make the car drivable and reliable again. This website gives exact instructions.

Then fix your leak. There is so much moisture in your car, the defroster cannot remove it.
There are several sources of the water. If it is in the front, one of your drain tubes from the sunroof is likely clogged or disconnected, or your windshield leaks. The drain tubes are cleared from behind the wheelwell of each front tire. Have a professional reseal the windshield if needed.
If the water is in the rear, remove the center plastic panel where the hatch latch is, close the hatch and lie down in there with a flashlight, have someone run water on each side, and see if water is leaking around your tail lights. There are seals that sometimes need replacing there. Use adhesive backed foam for doors that comes in rolls at Home Depot to fix.

x2. had the same problems and finally got to the point where my car just wouldn't start at all and when it did, it would cut out while driving. replaced the main relay and haven't had that problem in months.

aye i got the same exact problem but i have an RS model.....i dont
have a sunroof....but i dont see any problems with ma sun roof.....
