Help..My Bro buying a G3.. Help

We just checked this Integra LS out today and the owner said it had some kinda of idle problem. When the car is warm, the idle isn't stable. It drops so low that it almost stalls.. but then it just jumps back up to normal idle. This only happens once in a while. What can this be? The owner was saying it was the fuel lines, but wasn't sure. Anyone have this problem? Overall the car drives good.

could be a couple different things. weve been seeing this alot lately on our site, whats up wit ur cars guys and gals FIX UR SHIT. anyway could be IAC, vacuum leak ( that would be more constant though) fuel filter maybe.
