help me please

gotta 91 integra. b18a1. so its been doing alot of sputtering especially after going down a hill or while going up a hill. getting worse. lately its been not cranking mainly when the weather is hot. its not overheating. its getting fire and has enough gas. i checked the main relay and thats not it. what do you think it is? i think it may be the fuel pump but not sure. i dont hear it cutting on but never have. what else could it be?

it stopped getting fuel pressure for a lil while today. but it was after i changed the main relay.. i changed it back and it got pressure and cranked. it wouldnt crank for like an hour and never thought of checking it. wat would cause it to lose pressure? the filter do that?

change your fuel filter even if it isnt the problem it will be a good thing and help your car run better. then check your fuel sending unit if the filter doesnt work.

sending unit is under the rear seat. theres a access panel you have to pull the 3 screws out and then unbolt it and carefully pull it out so u dont break it, also clean around it with a scraper and vacuum before you pull it out

so noob question here.. do u have to drop the gas tanks on a da to change fuel pump? or can u change it through the panel under the back seat?

im having a similar problem. sometimes i have to let it crank for a while to get it to fire. the fuel filter is only about 9 months old. i replaced it while i was having other running issues
