Help ME Out.

So i drive a 90 ls integra and its begining to loop at idle. From about 900 to 1500 it pulses when im just sittting there like at a stop light or when ever the clutch is in. But the driving is not differant at all when ever the car is in gear its like nothin is wrong but as soon as i stop same shit. It dosnt die it just jumps up n down constantly. IV gotten new plugs n wires and still the same shit. Iv heard that i might be the Idle Air Control Valve, that i might just need to take it off n clean it. has any one else had this problem or have any idea what it might be?

yes iv had this problem before in my b18a1.lots of people and mechanics told me that it was my i.a.c.v, this and that.and iv even done feul injector cleaning TWICE!! iv cleaned out my throttle body FIVE TIMES.
but come to find out it was my air intake.one of the screws was loose basically a vacum leak.

check for leaks!!!!!
