So within these next two years I would like to start acquiring things for my turbo set up. Now I know I need a compression and leakdown test first but I might be able to get this turbo for cheap. It's a garret t3/t4 57 trim. The fins are a little messed up but I could always have it rebuilt for less than buying a new one, right? Anyway, here's some pics

How much should I offer?

Pass on it. Think of this way, your buying a turbo shell. The innards are junk.
No sense, just pick up a new turbo when you're ready.
