Help, idle problem

my 94 integra idles up and down when it first starts until it gets warm. but it only does it in park and neutral. wat could that be?

dirty fuel system... sounds like you need a new fuel filter, intake mani. cleaning, and a good bottle of injector cleaner

could be spark plugs have you rplaced them?
