okay, here we go. recently my injector oring blew out where it meets the fuel rail and i took out the injectors, replaced the oring and reseated blah blah, runs good and perfect now. however, in the process, i noticed something taht didnt seem it should be like this.. haha, here are pics.
its a 93 integra with a b18 nonvtec... the first pic will show relatively where it is, left side of bay when looking at it, deep down.
the red hose is going to a nipple on the firewall, theres a black vaccuum hose on the canister thing itself, and theres a black vaccuum hose on the top cap...
the cap piece was disconnected from the canister thing itself, you can see me holding it in the last pic, obviously.
any idea what this is? and it ifs supposed to be like this?
