Help!! Drivability issue

Ok I have a 93 integra gs stock everything except for a cheap ass intake installed by previous owner. The car is bogging down like I'm not even pressing the gas pedal in gear after a few minutes of driving. Does not matter what gear it is in vehicle will not accelerate after vehicle "warms up". I can cut the car off and right back on and the car will drive normal for another couple of minutes. I have checked fuel pressure it is within spec. I have sealed all intake leaks. I have checked timing. I have checked the ignition coil it is fine. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

fuel pressure regulator. i had the same problem, i had to hit it sometime(top fuel tail) cuz after a while of not changing it, my car wouldnt start.

Well car is not currently running anymore. I was test driving it and it started messing up so I shut if off and went to turn it back on. Turned the key and nothing happened. Did your problem feel like a throtle position sensor issue where you could pay with the gas pedal and it would spit and sputter and back fire?
