New to this forum and thought I would give it a try as I am Desperate.
Just bought a 90 Integra GS which ran perfect till I drove it home in the snow one day.
The next morning started it and everything was normal till it started idling up and down, up and down and icky out the back.
My brother came out and we checked the code... Code 1 (O2) So replaced that.
Then idling up and down was no more. Drove fine then Check engine light came on and started throwing code 43. (Fuel Supply system) It seems to be fine when cold, however when you accelerate it jumps, jolts, jerks like it's cutting out, then goes. Does not do this when you baby the acceleration only into the higher RPMS. Then while you are just cruising on the freeway you can see the RPMS bouncing back and forth for no reason. The fan is also on all the time while car is running.
Took it to Honda, who tested it all out and said the O2 sensor was bad and replaced it with yet another one at $269 plus labor.
No change at all and now it's almost like the lights kind of dim when you come to a stop.
Any Advice please
