i have an automatic 1990 integra ls and have not been able to figure out this problem. starter has been tested and is good. battery is fully charged and has solid contacts. what happens is when i turn the key "on" everything is normal, dash light come on. then, when i go to turn it over, there is one initial hard click and then nothing and the dash lights dim. if i hold the key on the negative wire on either the starter or grond wire get really hot. once causing some meltage. lol. i have been told to crank over the motor manually to see if its locked up and ive been told a starter relay. someone please tell me whats goin on. thanks
