So i finished my jdm gsr swap into my 90 da just a lil bit ago.....everything was fine but when i was driving to get my custom exhaust done...it started braking up at 4k. The car will drive ok if you baby the pedal....but any more, going up hill or at 4k its breaking up..

We have checked the dizzy, replaced plugs and wires, all wiring in bay is good.
The car will rev fine at a stand still. under load is where the problem starts.

Im really thinking its some where in the fuel system. So this weekend im prob gonna change the fuel pump(I have a walbro 190 from when i was planning all motor) check fuel and oil pressure and hopefully solve my problem.

neone got any suggestions or thoughts on what else it could be and what i could check?
I have a 08 si as my dd so im in no rush and wanna make sure everythin is perfect!

A friend of mine put an MSD ignition on his Civic hatch and some how it jumped timing and did the same thing. If you have an OEM distributor then try that and make sure its timing is right.
