Hey hi well im new in this forum but i just sold my lil mini truck to buy my integra well i pqay 200 cuz the car wont start the guy said it eas the coil i change that and it still wontg start well the guy said that they try to jump started and they potthe cables cros thats why it stop working it turns fine but it has no spark ok so i been triing to get a use distributor but cant find one so a guy sold me a B18B so what do i need to do to use the distributor from the b18b on my B18a1 thanks and i hope some one understand tkx

Welcome to the club, holy run on sentence ha, and idk, im sure one of the more engine savvy guys on here could tell you if the distributor from the b18b will work on the b18a1 :thumbs up lets see some pics of it!

What year is your Integra and the B18B?
'92, '93 Integra B18A should work with a distributor from '94-98.. if I recall correctly..

However.. I wouldn't just start replacing parts.

First check to see if you have spark.
If you do have spark on all cylinders, check for fuel.
If you have spark and fuel then you need to check the timing.

jaja i was falling asleep when i write the thred last night but any ways english its my second language so u know what i mean Well i my car its 91 integra the engine its fron a 93 integra they are different obd's no0? i check the spark and no i got non i was wondering if its the igniter cuz i just put a new coil

the dizzy wont work, i have a b18b in my 90 teg, the resistors and wirings arent the same. i had to use a b18b distributor and re-wire it to match the 90 wiring harness, so if u have a b18a still in the engine get a b18a distrubitor.

Yeah the dizzy won't work if your car is a 91. Your engine is OBD0 and the B18B is a OBD1.

However, check those things I told you to. It's a good starting point.

well ima try to get the same distributor for the b18a i will post some pics later if my girl let me use her blackbery ja well this is just the beginning of a new project thanks for the help guys
