So my 93 4 door has no fan when i turn the switch on any speed. Ive read numerous threads and it seems to be i need to replace the motor itself. Ive checked the fuse and its fine so im assuming its the motor itself. the things ive noticed is that it seems the switch is getting power because when i turn the switch and hit the ac button the light for the ac lights up so im assuming its working..... right?? also i noticed today when i had the fuse out to look at it the stereo doesnt work. is there any coralation to this?? any thoughts or help would be great.
thanks

Awesome thanks.. Is this an easier process to do then changing the blower motor im assuming?? Is the resistor on the g2 right behind the glove box as well??

Well, if the blower motor is in good condition, this should stop the lack of settings on the fan speed knob.
This is much easier to do than replacing the whole unit.

If you want to take it a step further than what the video shows, you can open up the Blower Fan Resistor Pack and replace the blown Thermal Resistor with the Radio-Shack part listed above.
But don't solder it in without alligator clip heat-sinks on both sides of the resistor...or you will overheat it and blow it and have to start over again with a new Thermal Resistor.
it's safer to solder wires onto the two spots on the resistor pack where the old blown Thermal Resistor was located...and then crimp the new Thermal Resistor onto the wires using an inline splice.
