Okay I have an extremely serious problem that I need solved as soon as possible, I have a 90 Integra Sedan. Two days ago my headlight burn out out I thought ok no big deal just get it replaced. But what i did was remove the other bulb that did work to see if it was the bulb that was burnt out or the wiring. During the process of taking out the bulb I sort of broke the bulb by twisting the glass part away from the metal part. So in the process of that I had neither headlight bulbs working. So I go to the local autozone to get bulbs I do so and shortly after I replace them and get nothing. I start thinking what the hells the problem then I look in the back and see that I have no tailights either. So I really start panicking. So I check the fuses, I don't have a fuse box cover so I took out every fuse to check and all were fine except a 10A and a 15A so I replace them solves some other problems that I'd had but not the lights. So I start looking under the dash for a relay or switch. I didn't see any that would indicate that their for the lights. So now I'm stuck with no lights, and tomorrow I'm gonna go to the autozone and get a book on the car to see if that can help. But in the meantime could somebody help me please? I'm not sure what to do and I really need help, I have to go back to work on thursday and I need the lights to get home since I get off of work at night. Please help.

One other thing that I realized that i forgot to mention when driving the car at high speeds(high rpms) the lights would flicker. Do you think that this is the result of a bad ground? Do you think this could be my problem? If so where do you think I could locate the ground for the headlights and tailights? Could I just make a new ground if that'd be easier than locating the existing ground?

well i dont know about the gen 2 ones too much. but in the g3 their is a fuse box under the dash. and their could be a blown fuse their. try cleaning the bulb contact points. and clean the plug connector.

It could be a bad ground. Electronics are so hard to figure out since all the wires are hidden and you cant see current in wires. If you cant find that problem I suggest taking it to a mechanic, cause there are not many people here that know much about wiring.

Why the light flickers

I have a 90 integra LS. When i step on the gas pedal my lights would flicker.
So i took it to a machanic and i found it y my lights were flickering, it was
the Alternator. That could be a reason. but i don't know.

well if youre THAT desperate... you can always duct tape flashlights to your mirrors lol. just make sure you buy some brand new batteries first. and if for some reason you DO decide to do that... please take some pics because that would be a great laugh right there.

other then that though i dont know what to tell you. i dont know what could have went wrong

check the fuses in the fuse box tht has the ECU fuse...if u havent already

most likely you have a bad ground to ur headlights...one side of my Headlights did that and i just patched up a cut wire, hooked the ground n im set.

Check ground, seriously. Search for Gen2 integra Fuse guide, get the fuse number for the taillamps and headlamps. Lights are just a ground and power. If taillights went out, i'm thinking fuse. Something is touching. I hope you removed the other broken bulb properly. Just pull out the bull harness and make sure the wires are in tact. Push all the wires back in. Fuse guides are all over the web, just dont panic.

Try getting an ohm meter or even a test light, and make sure you have power going through to your headlights, and if you don't, check the fuse box under the hood, I believe there is a fuse in there for the headlights. Also, try turning them on without the fog lights. I had some sort of wiring problem with mine, (NEVER buy from a broke ass teenager that jerry rig's anything!!), I pulled my bumper off to install driving lights, and it looked like spagetti!! Just a couple of idea's that might actually work. You may want to try them. You can get a test light for like, $3.00 at AutoZone. Just make sure your test light has a good ground too. I tend to forget that one.

Let me know if you get it figured out!!
