headlight problem

So I'm buying my brothers 91 integra and the headlights work but only when you run a wire to the fuse box and ground it off. Would the problem be in the fuse box or the headlight switch. Any ideas?

Im not sure if anyone has a wireless multimeter? You have to test you grounds if the light is lighting up then. we cant magicaly tell you its a switch.

check your fuses and connections if those are not the problem then try the switch.

also you could just wire up the lights so they work, and put a fuse and switch in the circuit. then at night you turn the parking lights on and flip the headlight switch on and your good.
