Headlight mess

im not an electrician and i HATE working on electrical unless its I.C.E... so here is my problem my car is never on high or low beam... its always on high and low beam.... when high beam is on drivers side is on high but passenger on low.... when on low beams drivers is on low and passenger is high..... any ideas?? i also have jdm 1 piece headlights.... something is funky here

it seems like somebody switched the wires around for the high and lows and both sides, I'm not sure if on the 2nd gens if you can plug the highs into the lows or not but it might be something as simple as just switching the wires around

if you could take a pic of the wires from both then that would give us an idea of what they did..but somebody did switch your wires around.what kind of one piece headlights do you have
