Headgasket or rings???

Alright the car had pretty bad miss so i pulled the plugs and sis a compression check and ive got no compression on the 2nd cylinder. I blows out a town of white smoke and im wondering if its just a headgasket or rings? Any advice would help ,i get my license back in about 3 weeks so i need to get this fixed asap.

leakdown will tell you which it is.

my guess is head gasket tho because of the white smoke. It should be blue if it was rings.

(coolant = white, oil = blue)

Yeah, I'd think it would be the HG too, white smoke means coolant.
