head lights! help!!!!!!

need some help. I got new halo headlights. I got my passenger side working. But the halo rings aren't working on the pasaanger side. But on my driver side. My headlights aren't working at all. I shocked the s*** out of my self and blew something I think. So what im asking is 1. How to get my actual hall rings on my passenger side working and what is wrong with my driver side headlights?

Check your fuses. You know you should disconnect the battery when doing electrical work.

check fuses and bulbs and wire connections again.

I got it now. I checked all the fuses and got all lights to work except the actual halo rings. I have then spliced to the running lights. But they won't cut on
