Hazard lights don't work

Hi I have a really big problem that i wasn't able to resolve for a while now. My hazard lights dont work. When i hit the switch my turn signals dont work, when the hazards are off the turn signals work. I got a new switch, but i still have that problem. Hopefully someone out there will be able to help. All suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I found the answer! for anyone who still has this persisting problem... There is a fuse directly connected to the positive battery terminal, check it , that was the problem for me at least. Good luck!
