Have A B20 Vtec Need Help

I have a b20b block with b16 head, really want to know what direction to go with it. Block has some cylinder walls that are damaged, should i boar them out to 85mm or i should just put in new sleeves? Also i plan on boosting that b20 vtec i need some advise on that plan and, also wanted to know if the b20 cylinder walls can put up with that boar size .Are they strong enough or what can i do ...Thankz

and get a good tune on the car too. it won't matter what kind of motor you build if you have a bad tune, it's going to be one big epic fail!
