Harness Problem!.

So i've took out my gsr motor from my db2 and now I swapped over my ls engine into my db2 shell, but there a few plugs that arnt plug up because im using the harness from the ls. So my question is how would i set it up. Would i have to use my db2 harness to make my ls motor run?, or can i just still use my ls harness? Also both the car are the same make year 1992

WIll on the db2 shell im using the ls harness, but it doesnt plug up too all the plugs that are in the engine bay. So would i have to use the b17 harness to get my b18 running? But if it would help you answer my question ill take a few picture's.
