harmonic balancer/ crank shaft pully?

ok when mi car is ideling the belts dont move and i dont know the correct name for the crank shaft pully cuz there somthing directly wrong with it.
it has a broken wobble
also i have no power steering and mi battery light is on( from mi belts not spinning)

if any 1 has a pdf of the front engine assembly and shows all the parts assioated with the crank shaft pully
or the harmonic balancer.
mi neighbor said that the clutch inside the crank shaft damper is broke??

yes it did and i need a new 1
mi problem is i cant get the bolt off cu the pully just spins i have the sst that keeps the pully from movin
is ther a way to lock the crank shaft from spinning so i can get the bolt out

you need an impact wrench, if not you might b able to take loose the starter and wedge a prybar into the flywheel gear. they make a tool to hold the balancer but i never bought 1

To put in here. I love this thing, I don't use air tools at all really so this was a great investment.

lol if i bout that it wouldnt help hahaha
the pully key hole is broke off so it jus spins whil the bolt dose not, thats way mi belts did not tunr
i sprayd some penitrae on it and held the impact wrench on it for a long time , i got it off
now i just need to find 1 cheaper than 287$
