Here's my official build thread for my '96 GS-R. The last time you seen this car was probably under my GS-R rally build thread, which I deleted because I'm going in a different direction with my car. This is my Frankenstein project so any and all suggestions are welcome, i <3 constructive criticism. Here is a list of parts I have and parts I plan on getting, and some pics to get you guys started :nod:

This car is going to be a collage of all my favorite ideas/plans for the future of my Teggy! :headbang:

Current list of mods:
- '94-'97 is the front end and '98 and up is the rear end
- Aftermarket 4-1 header
- Aftermarket short ram intake
- Skunk2 rear LCAs
- Full Tanabe coilover system [adjustable gas shocks]
- Blox racing short shifter
- Stage 2 Excedy Clutch
- Full catback 3" exhaust with N1 muffler
- 205/60/15 Firestone Winterforce tires
- 15" oz rally wheels
- Double tube strutbar
- 10mm spark plug wires

Parts I have:
- '96 OEM front bumper [brand new] :lol:
- '96 OEM front air dam [brand new] 8)
- '96 si-Vtec lip
- Halo projector headlights with HID 12000k kit [low beams] :twisted:
- Rear tow hook

Parts I plan to get:
- New OEM hood
- Rsx Type S wing
- 15" Rota Grid wheels
- Type R side skirts
- Optional rear valance or Westin rear lip
- UK DM reverse light
- New carpet and upholstery
- Rsx front seats
- Rsx steering wheel
- Type R OEM gauge cluster
- '04 Subaru Impreza WRX STI blue

For sure. glad you put the front back to 94-97. our cars are twins again. lol

hahaha ya i realized after having my front end wrecked the second time that i really like the older style front ends but the 98+ rear is to sexy to change

i want the 98 style airdam with the 94 style headlights. the sunken headlights are more aggressive.

yea i agree, the only downside to the 94 style is you cant run very big fogs, were is the 98s you can go as big as 6 inches or so, and i love me some fogs lol

im cutting out the plastic in the air dam. i gotta fit my Optilux 2500s in there. 4 inch fogs. may put a 4300K yellow HIDs in them if im not satisfied with the Hella Plasma Yellow bulbs i put in them.

if i cant fix the scars on mine i may have to get one. then i need to find fenders and fill the rest of my pings and dents with body filler.

i feel ya there, i have tons of dings and shit to fill and prep before paint. ill keep an eye out for some fenders, at a good price, what side?
