is it possible to remove the halo ring from the ebay projectors?
has anyone done it, and have any pix of them ringless?
i was thinking of going that route, i like clear lenses
No idea if theres any pictures of them ringless but its possible. Follow steps you can find online to remove the front lens. Unscrew the bezels and proceed to remove rings. Should be self explanatory once you see them from the backside. Reseal properly or you will have moisture.
Yup. Take it apart and pull em off. You'll probably want to consider a retrofit since you have to take it apart. The projectors on halos have horrible output.
