Which ones should I get, It's either one or the other..
I'm not looking to get coilovers etc.

So help me decide
(race might even be pushing it for the road conditions here)

Sports

Race

H&R Race spring:
Rate: Front- 460 Rear-350

H&R Sport spring:
Rate: Front- 276 Rear-276
Do you want a stiff DD or a slightly comfortable DD?

Edit*
I dont know the spring rates on the tokico blue/whites but im guessing its similar to h&r's race/sport springs.
Get the springs you think will fit your lifestyle :thumbs up

I'll be honest. I was just looking at the look not even the rates haha

The 2.0" inch drop front/1.75" rear looks perfect

Here's mine with H&R Sports. My ride height is a little uneven though, I think because I have some worn out bushings that need to be replaced. I kind of wish I had gotten the Race springs because I'd like it a little lower but next time I will probably get coilover sleeves so I can get the height perfect.

What shocks are you using? I'd got with the race springs. Those rates are still pretty mild.

I run Sports on my car with Tokico struts. Definitely a huge improvement over stock components handling wise and its a very comfortable ride as well. I love the stance as the front is "just" a hair lower than the rear...kind of more aggressive looking.

I went with Sports mainly due to the fact that Pennsylvania roads are horrendous. You'd have to be nuts to run a super stiff track setup for daily driving here. 90 perfect of the roads in my area are uneven, cracked, potholed, and some even unpaved.

I have a friend who has the race springs on his GTI. They're pretty dope. Plus I like the lower stance.
