have a friend with an 1992 integra. how much power do you guys think he will get if he installs a gt28r turbo kit to his ride? looking to get about 250-260hp as a daily driver. or would he need to get a b18c and turbo it?
It's going to depend on more factors than just what turbo he puts on.
First off, is his engine healthy enough for boost? What supporting mods will he have? It will also depend on the tune to a degree.
Also, why is this in the 3rd Gen section?
Start reading up on turbo theory, and look at some builds on here and Honda-Tech. That should give you an idea where you stand and where to start. Boosting a car is a more in depth process than you seem to understand.
It's going to be easier to build a 3rd gen rather than a 2nd gen based on the availability of pre-assembled kits for the 3rd gen and the clearance issues of the 2nd Gen's cross member.
