GsR Vs Fresh drop 240sr20det

My friend had just completed his drop into his 95 240sx. Sr20det Black top with the stock t25 turbo along with a greddy intercooler kit and exedy 3-puck clutch and light flywheel. Wireing harness is still jacked up and it has an exhaust leak sounding from the area of the downpipe. There is much more we have to do to it but we decided to take it for a run anyway. from the dig, we were even until almost redline of my 2nd gear and i pulled away, from a 20 roll, he definately did not stand a chance. from a 70 roll i walked away from him and then pulled hard when he hit the 180kph speed governer. like i said there is much to do to the SR. Right now we have the 300zx MAF sensor and injectors on the way. after that we will do a dyno tune and get the ecu reflashed. we'll see what happens once it is complete. i am sure i will get raped when the SR is ready to run. Just wanted to share the story.

Thanks man. yeah the SR right now isn't in quite the best shape to run right. it is running way too rich. can smell the gas burning. you know the "Old Car" smell. haha. but ill let you guys know how the SR comes along also.

I just remembered i never posted my mods. well not much yet but here they are: AEM V2 CAI, DC Sports 4-1 Headers, Tanabe hypermedallion cat-back exhaust. Custom ecu street tune. Exedy stage 1 organic clutch with fidanza light flywheel. Thats all for now. in the works of going boosted. gotta get the cash first!

good kill... when you tell that to ppl and your bragging you can just leave out the part about the SR not running too well. LOL

Lol. SR20's are pretty quick. My cousin's boyfreind has a Redtop swapped 95 S14 240sx with a GReddy FMIC, BOV, stock turbo and everything too. His is pretty quick, and they can hit high 14's in stock form.

Once you guys get that thing running better, it should be very competitive.
