GSR head swap help

i am going to be purchasing a gsr head and wondering if anyone knows where i can get everything and what all i need to get for this. thanks

i have stock gsr cams and cam gears
or aftermarket? weaksauceparts.com
or if you want to do lsvtec....i think weaksauce has it as well

I think he is referring to everything he needs for an LS/VTEC setup, as in what else he needs to buy to mount it.

This has been covered SO MANY TIMES! I'm getting ready to put these things in my favorites so I don't need to search for them.
