Theres a guide on the Tech Section. Should be exactly the same as the B16 on there except you would need to convert to OBD1. Its a VERY detailed article. Its a sticky.
In all honesty, I would just drop in a 1st gen OBD0 B16 and follow the write up. The only difference would be minimal torque on the B17 and they both have 160hp to the crank. EXCEPT it would be extra steps to convert to OBD1 and usually USDM engines have higher milage. Theres JDM swaps for about $1800 with axles and everything.
