GReddy LS Turbo Kit Dyno - More torque than horsepower how?

Found this on TI.

How the hell did this happen? Only mod was GSR tranny. It was a complete GReddy turbo kit w/intercooler and bov.

The TD05-18G offered with the kit isn't that small. My GSX made a 437hp and 399ft/lbs on a TD05H-18G 7cm2

It says it's a Greddy kit. They come with a TD05h-18G

an 18g on your eclipse is a lot different than an 18g on our hondas. the 18g is pretty much maxxed out at 300whp on an integra. the high torque number happens on small turbos because it uses the lower rpm band. on bigger turbos it takes so long to spool them, you just make huge hp/.
