E-manage is a piggyback that runs in parallel with your ECU instead of completely replacing it. Hondata has much greater tuning power and capabilities. But the E-manage does has much more tuning precision and capabilities then most other piggybacks on the market. I'm not sure if its pre-programmed or not though. I would imagine it would come with some form of base map though as a starting point
