Good Turbo deal?

I have been really lookin into the possibility of buying a turbo kit lately and found this one and was going to get your guys input on if this looks like a good kit/deal. Ive been reasearching a bit and this looks like it has all the basics i would need to get it running, besides tune. What do you think?
