getting ready for the turbo

title says it all I'm puting a turbo im my 94 eg still need to get the bov, waste gate oil lines and my piping and do i realy new a slim fan? .. any suggestions on what to get?

Slim fan will just let you have two fans instead of just one. because I can bet you that you're going to have to pull one out for clearence.

That's a pretty decent price for that intercooler kit, however it's a universal kit, so you're going to have to cut and peice together your own piping out of that. Plus, the BOV isn't really all that great of quality, but hell, if you want it get it! I was running a similar eBay turbokit for awhile too. I just upgraded certain parts along the way.

Just buy that kit, and then buy a TiAL 38mm external wastegate. trust me, the extra money spent on a TiAL wastegate will be worth it in the end. And then a good oil feed / return oil line kit.

what kind of turbo & turbo manifold are you using? Trust me when I tell you those eBay stainless manifolds will crack like a MoFuker.

naa ita a garrett an sum other thing 4got the name but if full bent steel and weld on the bottom so those r fine im gunna get another intercooler tho its a bit to small =/

well if you want to cut up your bumper support... I'd just get a smaller one. Because you won't have to cut up the bumper support, plus I doubt you're going to be pushing 500hp and need that big of an intercooler...

naa imma put about 8-10 pis on it.. the car had a turbo on it before when i first bought it i heard a clanking new not to much but i thought it was the alternator long story short i drove it home n the piston flew out the engine block causing me to get that new jdm engine.. but like i sed its already been cut out n wutnot

oh ok thats cool then. Well I wouldn't push more than 8psi on a stock internals motor, or else the same thing is going to happen again :lol:

10 psi is still good for stock internals and bout the wastegate i would get the tial 50mm one thats one bad bitch lol if u wnt quality
