I want to get a third spare key for my sister in case she needs to drive it. I want to know how much usually the spare key cost and how long does it take to order one from the dealership.
Depends on the year. 94-99 keys don't have chips in the and 00-01 do. If you don't have a chip in your key then go to Walmart and get one made.
Edit: Didn't realize you had a first gen. Just go to Walmart and get a key made. Cheaper and easier.
Dealership is $3.50 and they make it right in front of you. You need to bring the title and fill out a key request form. The new ones are really nice. Take you about 10-15mins overall. I'd just go the dealer route.
