gas tank cap too tight

yeah that's right...im now havin an issue with my gas tank cap. To better put it, my gas attendants are having issues with it. They cant unscrew my gas cap because its too tight. I must be strong as hell because I end up getting out of the car and unscrewing it myself. Should I lube it up or what? I dont think putting hazardous lubes on the threading is a good idea though. Any recommendations?

lol, gas is hazardous.

You might need a new cap.... otherwise turn hulk down. that would help. lol

thats the problem i think...OEM is non-locking...so the gas attendant thinks its locking and goes full force tightening it until he thinks he's gonna hear some "clicks"

REGULAR gas right now is about $2.77(9) a gallon. And we dont pay anything for the service of not having to pump our own gas.
