gas problems /:

hey guys...so i filled up the da on sunday, used 91 octane....took about 36 bucks(dont member how many gallons roughly 9-10 i would imagine) so i took off to work and came back and wasnt really a diffrence.works only 12 miles round trip..i drive 40 miles round trip to school everyday....and when i got home monday realized i was at 3/4 ....then this morinig i turned the car on and drove maybe 2 miles and realized the guage read half a tank!! i got onto the freeway and it went up a tiny bit then when i came back home realized im at a almost a 1/4 !!! i dont know whats causing the car to run so rich...could it be the float thats messing up?fuel cell? dirty injectors?
i have a b20b in my day not to many mods jst a sri,dc 4-2-1 headers,and 2.5 straight pipe by the way...can any one help me out in solving this problem all help will be greatly appreciated

That's alot of gas consumption. I'd check for leaks in the gas lines, near the gas tank, and by the injectors or fuel rail. You gotta be losing it and not just burning it in my opinion. What ECU are you running and has it ever been tuned?

Maybe the floater is bad. Go fill it up and if it doesn't take a lot then more than likely the floater.

afroman18:i dont think the 02 sensor has ever been changed...how would that affect my mileage tho? no i dont smell any

Alvi84: theyre isnt any lleaks in the lines i double checked today : and no i dont think its ever been tuned...but im going to chip it soon...im running the pr4 ecu
