Garrett GT2554R (aka GT25R) switch to external wastegate help!

Anyone know how to switch a GT25R turbo with internal wastegate to external? Any guides or comments on what to do will help. :???:

I believe you just remove the actuator and add an external wastegate

The actuator is the vacuum controlled piece and remove the flapper inside the housing

You disconnect the vacuum line from the actuator, w/o that it wont open and turbo will continue to make power, until external wastegate opens

no because i forgot to tell u that u need a block off plate or just spot your flapper
