Motor mount bolt

Did not want to open new thread felt like a waste of space.

One of my motor mount bolts broke
don't know how but now on the driver side there is only one bolt holding on

Question is do I need a new motor mount or can I just buy a bolt?
In a 93 Integra GS with a swapped b20b dhoc what
would be the best fuel to use?

If you aren't running boost, then it doesn't matter. Regular unleaded or whatever it says on your cluster.

That being said, I always run 94 in my car. I don't know why I do it but I do.

its the bolt that broke, not the mount.. unless your mount is cracked or something. mounts are expensive btw

Yah I know I have seen :-(
Any way part of the bolt is still stuck in there I have no clue how to get it out and where do I get a new bolt??

well, thats not good at all.. might need an impact hammer and a wrench! might as well just take it to the dealer.. or some small guy around you?

I could always take it to my old high school auto shop and use there tools but I don't if we had a impact hammer is that an attach ment on to the impact gun? Or different tool. They probably have it just never used it my self

Drilling the bolt out would be your best bet. But you'd likely have to retap where the bolt goes through unless there's a nut on the other side.

As for gas I use 87 octane because it's so expensive! $1.22 per litter so $4.64 a gallon.

he won't have to re thread it unless he fucks it up hard .

there's special tools to get these out . drill in to the bolt . with a small drill bit .in the center of the bolt . then use a bolt extractor for the size of what you drilled .the extractor turns counter clock wise as if you where taking a bolt off . then it will bight in to the bolt and hopefully remove It !!

good luck dude I had to do this on my brake caliper.
