Not sure exactly what you're asking.. but check the power at the plug under the rear seat..

i checked it, i can get continuity from the fuse box to the plug in the back. does the wire go into a plug or a fuse??? i traced it and it went into a red plug top right on the fuse box. were would it go after the fusebox? would it go to the relay then the ecu? im tryin tosee if theres anybreaks in the wire

If you have power at the plug- why are you tracing forward? The fuel pump or plug itself is probably bad.

If you are not getting power to the plug, check the main relay (fuel relay), ignition, or ECU fuse.

i have tested the fuel pump its all good, i just bought a new fuel pump relay and its still not kicking the pump on, ive looked at all the fuses and they all look good. the plug dosent look damaged either, i am tryin to trace it up because some kid had the car before i did, he decided to put a 94 instrument cluster in it, basically did a fast a** job and yea, the guy said the car ran, im just lost. the engine light goes on and off after the second click at the fuel pump relay. once i took the dash apart and reasembled it i cant get spark now, just one thing after another, if any ones knows anything plz let me know. thank you
