I need to change the fuel pump in my car, because it's making a lot of noise. A friend of mine told me to upgrade from a stock to a Walbrol 250 fuel pump (I think). Well because I need to drop my fuel tank anyways to change the pump, I know I need new fuel tank straps (cuz the baby is 21 years old).
Well, I've thought for a while about the possibility of upgrading to a lighter fuel tank. Mine is steel, and newer cars have plastic ones. Do they make plastic, light weight tanks for the 2nd gen teggy's?
Or.. do they make like a plastic expanding gas tank? So I could upgrade from a 10 gallon to maybe like a 5-10?
